HARPENDEN SWIMMING CLUB Affiliated to A.S.A. East Region & R.L.S.S.
The club have recently applied for a grant from Awards For All and as of 19^th December we are pleased to announce that our application was successful and we have been awarded £1970 by AWARDS FOR ALL To purchase a laptop computer, printer & Club Swimmer Management Software. This will enable the club to monitor swimmers performances and progress. It will also enable us to more easily monitor swimmers times against A.S.A. Gradings and Awards. Once the system is set up swimmers will be able to request PB printouts and various other reports. The laptop will also be used for showing Stroke Improvement DVD’s. The equipment will be purchased in the New Year and will probably take a few weeks to set-up but hopefully it won’t be too long before you see Philip Cook with a shiny new laptop at Rothamsted.
